Troop 642 Explores the Great Outdoors!

This past weekend, Troop 642 headed to Pine Ridge Campground for an unforgettable outdoor adventure! Scouts participated in:

•Obstacle course challenges

•Fire-building competitions

•Nature hikes with wildlife identification

A huge thank-you to our leaders and parent volunteers who made the weekend run smoothly. Several scouts also earned merit badges — congratulations on your hard work! Next Up: Join us for our monthly troop meeting this Monday at 7 PM at the Scout Hall. We’ll be planning our winter camping trips, so bring your ideas!

Troop 642 Fall Service Project

Date: October 5, 2025

Scouts of Troop 642 recently completed a Fall Service Project at Riverside Elementary School. Tasks included cleaning the playground, planting flowers, and repainting picnic tables. Over 20 scouts joined the effort, demonstrating teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to service. The school staff and students were thrilled with the results!
